My name is Luke, and I love coffee.
(This sounds sort of like the start of a Caffeine Addicts Anonymous meeting)
I’ve been roasting coffee for myself, my family and friends for the last fifteen years or so. I kept getting more and more requests for roasted coffee beans, so I decided I may as well share it with everyone.
I started roasting because I was curious as to what it would take, but when I got used to drinking fresh roasted coffee I decided I couldn’t go back. There were lots of options to just buy roasted beans but the quality was really uneven and often they would be stale.
So I kept roasting for myself, and learned more about what makes a good roast for different styles of coffee and where to get the best beans.
All of the beans on the website are ones that I have personally tried out and liked, and then I’ve tested by sending them to my various coffee-addicted friends and asking them to be brutal in their feedback. And all of them are roasted to order, so you should be able to drink your coffee at the peak of freshness, in the same way I love mine.
Please note: it is hard to go back to stale coffee afterwards. No responsibility is taken for any addiction that results.
