OUR TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND ALL THAT TEDIOUS STUFF

 

The following terms and conditions govern your use and purchasing of products on the Monkey King Coffee Beans website. By using our website, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

 

1. SHIPPING

We only ship domestically within Australia. All orders are shipped by Australia Post. As coffee is roasted to order, we aim to have orders roasted, packed and dispatched within 72 hours (except weekends and public holidays). Normally deliveries arrive within 2-4 days, although non-metropolitan areas may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is booked for dispatch. All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if this is undesirable, please leave a note in the delivery instructions box at the time of purchase.

 

2. CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

While we aim for orders to be dispatched within 72 hours, often we are faster! The coffee is roasted to order so sometimes that may happen very quickly. If you want to change or cancel your order, please let us know by emailing monkeykingcoffeebeans@gmail.com or Contact and about us as soon as possible. Once the coffee has been roasted for you we can’t amend the order. 

 

3. REFUNDS OR RETURNS

We have a lot of pride in our coffee and how we roast it. This is the stuff we drink ourselves, after all. That being said, we are human and mistakes can happen. If you have been sent the wrong product, or there is some kind of fault with it, please let us know by emailing monkeykingcoffeebeans@gmail.com or Contact and about us within 7 business days and we will resolve the issue.

Please note we don’t offer refunds for changes of mind. 

If the order is lost in transit by Australia Post, we will be unable to refund the cost of shipping. However, all orders are covered by Australia Post for up to $100 and the cost of postage.

 

4. CURRENCY

All prices on the Monkey King Coffee Beans website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

5. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We try to make the website as accurate as possible. However, the products and prices on the website may change at any time without warning. Except to the extent mandated by Australian law,  Monkey King Coffee is not bound by any errors, omissions or mistakes that appear on the website. 

 

6. COPYRIGHT

I mean, we took the photos, wrote the descriptions, designed and drew the logos and so we’re pretty attached to them.

The Monkey King Coffee Beans website and all its contents are copyright. The contents of the site are intended solely for the personal use of all users and visitors to the site. All content may be copied or downloaded strictly for personal use only. The reproduction, publication, distribution, display, sale or exploitation of any part of the contents of the site is prohibited.
